_If anyone has any photographs from over the years taken on the park or surrounding it we'd love to see them or do you have any stories about the park. Eventually we hope to build up a small archive of photographs and stories about the history of the park and surrounding streets.

All Saints Church 1941 after the bombing
_A local resident has sent us photographs of her aunt and uncle's wedding reception held at the Hailey Park bowls pavilion in December 1950. They had to marry in Llandaff Cathedral, as All Saints Church had been damaged in the war. They were the last couple to marry in 1950 at the cathedral.
Her mother's family had lived in Andrews Road from about 1915 and they worked for the local employer Gwyn Nicholls trading as the Victoria Laundry.
